My subdomain shows “launching soon”
Provisioning runs three checks before your URL goes live — here’s what they are and what to do if one lingers.
Updated 2026-07-16
The “launching soon” page means your deploy is provisioning, not broken. Your site goes live as soon as three checks pass — usually within a few minutes.
02The three checks
- Routing and SSL — your subdomain resolves and serves securely over HTTPS
- Images warmed — all images are prepared so nothing loads broken on first visit
- Site compiles — the final build is verified end to end
03See which check is pending
Open the deploy dialog for your project — it shows the status of each check, so you can see exactly which one hasn’t cleared yet rather than guessing.
04If it stays stuck
Most deploys clear all three checks within a few minutes. If yours has been pending much longer than that, note which check the deploy dialog shows as pending and contact support with your subdomain — that detail speeds up the fix considerably.
TipThere’s no need to redeploy repeatedly — the checks run on their own, and the deploy dialog reflects progress live.
